Dispatch

 Your order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible! In most cases, your order will be processed the same day (except weekends) and handed over to the carrier. You will also be notified of the shipping process.

Free shipping from €50.

If you order products for more than €50, your order will be shipped for free. Is your order less than €50? Then the shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is € 6.15.

Special transport

There are several products in our range that are seen as special transport. Often these are products that weigh more than 30 kg, and therefore cannot be shipped with the usual carriers such as PostNL and DHL. We then use UPS or DB Schenker for the transport of your package. Please note that your order may take a little longer, as it will be shipped with the special shipping methods. After all, you want to receive your product new and in good condition!

Take away

It is possible with us to pick up your order at our warehouse in Eindhoven. You must make an appointment for this at least one day in advance, by sending an e-mail to info@poweroak.nl, or by calling +31 40 240 5888 (Available Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) . You can't come until it's confirmed.

Costs in case of cancellation

If the consumer uses his right of withdrawal, he only has to bear the costs of the return shipment. The costs for returns can be found below:
